Cathy is a 12 year veteran of UMM and responsible for the company’s adherence to compliance policies and individual client corporate guidelines. Cathy works to understand each account; develop and distribute policies internally; and manages the platform for shared information. Cathy ensures performance guarantees and conformity of each account’s corporate compliance guidelines and policies.

In addition, she supervises the activities for global venue sourcing, contract negotiations, and travel services. She oversees the company’s international communications to ensure compliance with international protocols and awareness of worldwide cultural variations.
