Lisa has over 6 years of UMM experience. She has been with UMM since the inception of our Group Travel Services Department in 2005. She brings to UMM over 19 years of experience in the travel industry. Lisa manages all facets of the travel department including employee management, client interface, updates and execution for GDS system changes, group airline contract negotiations as well as serves an information source for the evolution of travel security and airport requirements. She liaises with travel industry personnel to stay abreast of the ever changing environment to keep her department operating at an optimal level. Lisa has achieved her Certified Travel Counselor accreditation which acknowledges advanced and extensive industry experience and the highest standards of professionalism.
