Tom has 12 years of UMM experience. He oversees the accounting operations of the business. He is responsible for accounts receivables, accounts payables, payroll, program reconciliations, and capital budget expenditures.

In addition, Tom oversees the IT operations for technical support, web-based services, data integration, reporting requirements, and maintenance of systems.
