Contract On-site Air Agent
We are currently seeking travel consultants to contract for individual meetings on an as needed basis. These agents would be required to travel to various destinations and work as on-site representatives for our company; handling any travel needs that arise while the meeting attendees are at the event.
Qualifications:

Proficient in Sabre GDS

Process booking and ticketing transactions (including exchanges)

Working closely with other travel staff for accuracy of flights which affect ground transportation

Other duties would include monitoring the status of arrival and departure flights and printing boarding passes

Project Manager
Job Summary:
Develops and executes all necessary logistics for multiple customer meetings, conferences, and conventions. Develops and maintains customer, supplier, and staff relations. Acts as an advisor in all circumstances. Creates and manages financial elements associated with program costs. Provides leadership and training to on-site staff members.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Consults with clients, co-workers, and service providers to determine objectives, requirements and make recommendations for meetings and events.
o Plans and executes the meeting or event according to clients’ corporate guidelines and procedures.
o Develops, presents, and executes ideas to enhance project outcome.
o Educates and advises clients and service providers of the meeting process and meeting life cycle.
o Troubleshoots situations effectively and at the source.
o Serves as a resource to co-workers with regard to clients’ corporate guidelines and procedures.
· Initiates, develops, and manages written components of each project from conception to execution.
o Develops, manages, and obtains approval (if necessary) for all written program components to ensure project deadlines are met.
o Manages multiple programs and prioritizes work assignments through a time and events schedule for effective program management.
o Ensures accounting processes are followed and financial deadlines are met.
o Provides guidance or assistance for work activities as needed to complete task assignments.
o Negotiates contracts and coordinates other details with service providers.
o Manages all meeting materials required for project execution.
· Directs and coordinates activities of staff and meeting site personnel to make arrangements, prepare facilities, and
provide services for events.
o Evaluates and selects service providers such as meeting facilities, speakers, and transportation.
o Conducts site inspections, planning meetings, and pre-con meetings to ensure customer and meeting requirements are met.
o Acts as a resource to anyone who may travel to the meeting site for training purposes or program assistance.
· Other projects and duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
Work is performed in a normal office environment as well as remotely when traveling. May require lifting or moving light material (up to 50 lbs).
Must be able to:
1. Perform site inspections.
2. Arrange, attend and lead planning and/or pre-con meeting(s).
3. Prepare and distribute on-site materials.
4. Be accessible 24 hours a day for on-site participant needs.
5. Travel extensively (minimum of 2 trips per month) – domestic and international
Qualifications:
Education and training normally associated with completion of a four year degree in a business-related program. Two years of experience in meeting planning or roles directly related to meeting planning. Must have proven success with various meeting program formats on a small and large scale. Must be able to manage time and prioritize work effectively, be a team player, work independently, meet stringent deadlines, and work well under pressure. Up to 40% travel required. Valid passport required. Additional skills requirements include:
